COVID-19 situation

Daily life is now heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, in many regions of the world.

This applies also to the SSIs host countries/ institutions, to varying degrees. The situation is constantly changing, and predictions are difficult. The SSIs consortium assures students, scholars and applicants that all necessary measures are taken to ensure safety and avoid infection. We follow strictly the national and institutional regulations relevant for Aalto, USN and BME respectively. We have performed much teaching via web-based video conference systems in 2020, and will continue to do so if required. If quarantine restrictions at semester start-up cannot be avoided, we will ensure relevant teaching will be delivered also in this situation. Welcome as SSIs students, also in the midst of a pandemic!
